Jim Ellis is a third-generation real estate professional with nearly 40 years of experience in residential and commercial development. Based in Kansas City, he has been involved in the development and ownership of dozens of commercial properties and hundreds of residential units across the country.

His experience spans construction, brokerage, commercial real estate, healthcare real estate, and market-rate multifamily development. This broad background gives him a well-rounded, practical perspective on every stage of development.

Jim remains actively involved throughout each project, from acquisition and entitlement through financing, design, construction, leasing, and asset management. He also invests his own capital in every project, ensuring strong alignment with partners and a shared commitment to success.

Known for his integrity, practical judgment, and long-standing relationships with lenders and investment partners, Jim has successfully navigated multiple real estate market cycles while maintaining a disciplined, long-term approach to creating value.
